Public Notice: Envirosafe Services of Ohio, Inc. has asked the Ohio EPA to update its
Class 2 hazardous waste permit.
The closed waste units at the site have already finished their required 30-year monitoring and maintenance period. Envirosafe wants to extend how long certain post-closure monitoring activities continue and set up a method for calculating and providing the required funds to guarantee this ongoing care.

Activity
Permit modification for Envirosafe Services of Ohio Inc. to construct and operate a new containment and container storage building. The currently permitted container and tank storage capacity is being modified to be within an enclosed containment and container storage building. This modification also allows for the addition of 25% container building storage capacity for the new containment building. Minor administrative updates have also been made.
